Full of hot tears and with tongue of lead... —Christine de Pizan I’ve struggled with how to write through the tears, rage, and anger we have all been feeling this last couple of weeks. I feel desperately heartsick.

Dearest Freya, I stand in solidarity with the collective pain of your nation. I don't understand how at such a tender age, a child's mind can be consumed by such diabolical ideas. Is it a result of broken family or abuse and neglect or both?
I ache for the people who lost the light of their lives, their sweet little kids. How much more unnecessary pain will we have to witness due to lack of compassion? I don't know dear friend, I don't know how to console you.
